Husky Mountain Sleds

Beautiful and functional sleds
custom made exclusively by Husky Mountain. Both sleds pictured here
are very similar and built off of aluminum runners. The stanchions are oak
and the plastic is UHMW.
Kristi makes the sled bags using a material called Cordura. The smaller blue
sled (above) weighs just under 50 lbs. with the bag. It has a bed of four
feet and is good for shorter races. The larger black sled (right) is right
at 50 lbs. The basket is five and a half feet which allows me to pack a
